The stunning Blyth Workspace, designed by award-winning architectural practice xsite architecture and built by Bowmer and Kirkland Ltd. was project managed and delivered by Advance Northumberland. Located on the River Blyth, nestled between the Port of Blyth and Catapult and adjacent to the desirable area of Ridley Park, the superb serviced office accommodation consists of approx. 1,950 sq. m (21,000 sq. ft.) of high quality office space to let with a range of office sizes from 20 sqm to 100 sqm, meeting and events spaces, high quality landscaping and access.
The building has been designed with a ‘fabric first’ approach to seek to provide a low-energy building – achieved an EPC A Rating and BREEAM Very Good. This approach has been regionally recognised with the building receiving a Highly Commended Award at the 2015 RICS North East Renaissance Awards for Design through Innovation.
