Building on the opportunities emerging from North East Combined Authority to enhance its regeneration impact, taking its lead from Northumberland County Council, and working in collaboration with key partners.  Advance Northumberland Developments team, under the brand of Ascent Homes, is our commercial house building division. This role is within the Commercial team, which are a key part of the housebuilding process. Following the promotion of the current postholder, we are now seeking a Commercial Assistant to support the work of this team.

The Role

Commercial Assistant, Starting salary: £24,242
Reporting to the Head of Commercial you will play a key role in providing support to the Ascent Homes Commercial team, ensuring payment of our suppliers is made in a timely and accurate manner.
