Our maintenance team supports the business with the repairs and maintenance of our key assets, this includes, residential, commercial, grounds maintenance and new homes. We aim to deliver excellent service to all of our customers, regardless of the type of property occupied., making sure they are happy tenants.
The Role
This is a new role within our Maintenance Team, you will work as part of the wider team, ensuring that all maintenance projects are planned and carried out to the highest standard and within agreed timescales. The role will cover the process for inception to completion and include inspection of work undertaken.

Salary – Competitive, depending on experience
Annual leave - Start with 26 days, increasing to 31 days with service. Of course, you’ll have public holidays too!

Job Description and Person Specification - Job title: Maintenance Project Coordinator
Reports to: Maintenance and Compliance Manager
Team members: N/A
Role Purpose: To ensure that maintenance projects are planned and carried out to the highest standards, in compliance with specifications, regulations, and quality standards, and within specified timescales. Managing multiple projects simultaneously, from inception to completion, with a strong onsite presence.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing time between office and site, to ensure documentation is complete but also an onsite presence is felt
- Planning the delivery of major maintenance works
- Ensuring that maintenance work is carried out according to the project plans and specifications
- Monitoring the quality of materials and workmanship, reporting any defects or issues to the Maintenance and Compliance Manager and recommending corrective actions
- Liaising with colleagues, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Perform duties to comply with various regulations such as CDM Regulations, In-house Risk Assessments and Method Statements, Building Regulations, NHBC/Premier or other consents or approvals as deemed necessary
- Ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to on site
- Keeping detailed records of site inspections and progress
- Working closely with Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Compliance Supervisor to support the boarder maintenance function as required
- Conduct activities with awareness and within confines of allocated budgets, endeavouring to secure efficient and cost-effective solutions
