In doing so, we will support a broader county-wide assets-based approach to promote economic growth and an improved quality of life for its communities. Building on the opportunities emerging from North of the Tyne and Borderlands initiatives to enhance its regeneration impact, taking its lead from Northumberland County Council, and working in collaboration with key partners.  Our finance team process and analyse all financial transactions across the business. This role will specifically support our new homes division, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoicing.

The Role

As our Purchase and Sub-Contractor Ledger Clerk, you will provide support to the Finance Business Partner, ensuring accurate information is processed through our COINS system. You will work as part of a small team, to ensure all invoices are processed correctly and payments made on time. This role is full time, applications for job share would be considered.

Salary – from £24,242.40 (£12.60 per hour).

Annual leave - Start with 26 days, increasing to 31 days with service. Of course, you’ll have public holidays too!
