Building on the opportunities emerging from the North East Combined Authority and Borderlands initiatives to enhance its regeneration impact, taking its lead from Northumberland County Council, and working in collaboration with key partners.  Our Ascent Homes team have ambitious plans for 2025, with a number of new sites starting and significant growth planned in our 5-year business plan.

The Role 

 Sales Executive -Ellington, Northumberland (Thursday to Monday)

 As one of our Sales Executives, you will be responsible for working as part of a team in Northumberland. Getting to know the surrounding area and the market conditions, you will be the first point of contact for all sales enquiries, ensuring future purchasers appreciate the great product we offer. As a small team, you’ll work closely with Site Manager and the Sales Manager. You will be a confident communicator, able to deal with a high volume of work and respond to enquiries in a professional manner.

Salary – from £28,922 per annum (plus commission structure)

Annual leave - Start with 34 days, increasing to 39 days with service.
