We are looking for a Residential Sales Manager to join Ascent Homes.

Your new role: As the Residential Sales Manager:
Key duties & responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head of Residential Sales & Marketing you will be responsible for the performance and management of a team of Home Sales Executives working across various sites.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the team achieve sales targets for allocated sites in accordance with approved divisional budget/forecast and sales and marketing plans
Your role will include establishing the training requirements of your team, to ensure we deliver a great service to our customers.
You will need to liaise with the internal build and commercial teams as well as external agents including solicitors and financial institutions to ensure achieving target completions.
You will also liaise with our marketing team to ensure the correct sales documentation is available in a timely manner and that the sales offices and show homes are ready and represent the lifestyle aspirations of our purchasers.
You will, of course, be responsible for the ongoing Health and Safety of your team and customers.
To succeed in this role:
You must be able to demonstrate key skills and experience in the following areas:
- In depth experience of residential sales and the ability to demonstrate a track record of managing a high performing sales team
Driven to deliver and commercially focused
Experience of managing relationships with multiple stakeholders and compliance with external protocol and requirements
A self-starter and self-motivated individual who can work independently with high levels of autonomy and have the ability to direct a team of staff based at multiple locations.
Conversant in building and NHBC requirements and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Service drive, motivated and enthusiastic
- Ability to work under pressure in a target orientated environment
- Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays as needed.
- Full UK Driving Licence
