Come along to see the proposed plans for the redevelopment of the Manor Walks Western Entrance. 

This is your opportunity to share your views with us. The concept proposals explore opportunities to:

• Improve the overall visitor experience
• Enhance the quality and mix of the retail offering
• Introduce a new and more prominent mall entrance
• Create a new Town square capable of hosting events and community activities.

When: Wednesday 15th July, 3pm-6pm and Thursday 16th July, 2pm-6pm.

Where: 24 Northumbria House, Manor Walks Shopping Centre, Cramlington, NE23 6UR.
(old Vodafone store, next to Greggs, Central Mall)

This is an informal drop-in session, and you can attend at any point during the days or advertised times. Members of the Advance Northumberland team will be available throughout the events to provide information and answer questions. For those unable to attend these events, the exhibition materials and feedback questionnaire are available below until Friday 31st July 2026.
