Work Starts on New Homes at Scholars Park, Newbiggin
Northumberland house builder, Ascent Homes will be delivering a new residential development of 71 high-quality new homes at Newbiggin-by-the-Sea, providing a mix of housing options.
Scholars Park is being constructed on an old primary school site which will feature a range of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses, including bungalows, all designed with modern living in mind. Newbiggin-by-the-Sea is situated on the Northumberland coast, with a sandy bay and a long promenade, perfect for walks, cycling and outdoor pursuits and in close proximity to local amenities, schools and transport links.
The homes will offer attractive opportunities for first-time buyers, growing families, and downsizers seeking well-designed homes in this desirable location. Affordable housing will also be available within the development supporting local housing needs and creating a welcoming community to live in.
The homes have been thoughtfully planned to complement the area while delivering energy-efficient, contemporary living spaces.
Ascent Homes is the housebuilding arm of Advance Northumberland, dedicated to delivering developments that have a positive impact on the communities in which they are built.
Paul Errington, Director at Ascent Homes commented: “This development will provide much-needed new homes for Newbiggin-by-the-Sea. We have carefully designed the scheme to enhance the surrounding area while delivering exceptional new homes.
We look forward to working with the local community as the development moves forward.”
