£13.45 per hour plus excellent benefits and mileage support

39hrs per week Monday to Friday – opportunity for overtime

About Advance Northumberland

Advance Northumberland is a property Investment, Estate Management and Development Company. We are expanding and to support this growth we need additional support on our construction sites.

We are looking for Labourers to join Ascent Homes, at sites across Northumberland.

In the new year, we will have vacancies at our sites in:

We have vacancies at Bellingham, Longhorsley and Blyth, with start dates from January 26

Key duties & responsibilities include:

· To work as directed by the Site Manager

· Adhering to safe work practices at all times identifying any risks or hazards for self and others.

· Liaise with a range of stakeholders, including sub-contractors and colleagues, to provide relevant support

· Work to achieve the completion of tasks and duties in a timely manner

· Clearing materials from properties

· General site labouring tasks

To succeed in this role:

The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate key skills and experience in the following key areas:

· Hold a current CSCS card

· Motivated and able to work to own initiative

· Used to working on construction sites

· Able to use IT for training courses
