Community invited to view plans for the future of Manor Walks

Residents, businesses and visitors are being invited to have their say proposals to enhance and revitalise Manor Walks Shopping Centre in Cramlington. 

Advance Northumberland will host a two-day public drop in event on Wednesday 15th July 3pm-6pm and Thursday 16th July between 2pm-6pm at 24 Northumbria House, Manor Walks Shopping Centre, Cramlington, NE23 6UR (former Vodafone unit, next to Greggs in the Central Mall). 

The events will give the community an opportunity to view initial concept plans for the redevelopment of the Manor Walks Western Entrance and share their feedback of the town's premier retail destination.  

The proposals form part of a long-term vision to strengthen Manor Walks, to improve the visitor experience and enhance the quality and diversity of its retail and leisure offer, including a new mall entrance plus a Town square capable of hosting community events and activities. 

The Advance Northumberland team will also be on hand throughout to provide information and answer any questions and feedback from residents, and retailers will play an important part in helping to shape future proposals.
